Clients' Reports

There are various Client's Reports that are generated in loan performer. These give details concerning clients i.e. Individual Clients, Group Clients and Business Clients. The generation of these reports is explained under the following topics:

• Report on Clients:  It gives details of clients that are registered with the institution.

This screen has four tabs or pages (State at a particular date,State during a period,Summary report on clients and Know Your Clients - KYC). Each of these pages can be fed in with data and used to generate reports on clients.

• Report on Black-Listed Clients:  The report on Black-listed clients, displays all black-listed clients at a particular day or during a specified period.
• Report on Transferred Group Members: The report on Transferred group members, displays all clients who were transferred from one group to another during a given period.
• Report on client's documents: The report on Client's documents displays all clients' identity documents used at registration on a particular day or during a given period.
• Exit reasons report: The exit reasons report displays clients who have quit the organisation and also displays the reasons given for their departure.
